The location of this hotel couldn't be better - close to everything in KLCC, including the iconic Petronas Towers and the city centre. the spacious rooms are clean, comfortable and have an excellent shower. the friendly and helpful staff, especially Raymond, make you feel welcome the moment you arrive.

Great location, clean and cozy rooms, and helpful staff. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the iconic towers and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. We especially appreciated the complimentary water and snacks. The staff were always available and quick to respond to any requests.
Noisy surroundings and expensive parking. We found that the traffic around the area was quite loud at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Loved the spacious room and affordable price for a central location. Reception and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with directions. Buffet breakfast was a great value and included a wide variety of options. Shared amenities with the larger hotel were an unexpected bonus.
The toiletries provided, such as the shampoo and soap, were too watered down. the cleanliness of the bathroom left a bit to be desired with visible stains on the toilet.
